Keopic does not make any warranties or representations regarding the products listed on the Marketplace. The Company does not endorse or support the sale or purchase of any products, whether explicitly or implicitly. It is not liable for inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in third-party information displayed on the platform.
Keopic holds no ownership, rights, or interest in any product(s) sold through bipartite agreements between users and third-party sellers. The Company has no control over product quality, availability, or fulfillment and shall not be responsible for delays, shortages, or out-of-stock items.
This User Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
Any disputes or differences, including interpretation of this agreement, shall be resolved through arbitration by an independent arbitrator appointed by Keopic. The arbitration shall be conducted as per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended), in Delhi, India, with proceedings held in English.
Subject to the arbitration clause, the courts of Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings arising from this agreement.
